Do I have to pay a fee when I exchange?
What should I bring?
For Danish citizens or foreigners with a Danish address, a valid form of identification such as a passport, residence permit, or driver’s license is required along with the health insurance card (the yellow card).
For tourists, a valid passport, EU/EEA driver’s license, EU/EEA residence permit, or ID card/municipal ID card is necessary for identification purposes.
Important!
- Customers must be 18 years or older to exchange money.
- Kindly check our cash limits and any associated payment fees. Our monthly limit stands at 15,000 DKK or its equivalent in another currency.
Can I withdraw cash from you?
Why do I have to show ID?
In accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act, Noor Exchange collects information about your name and CPR number/date of birth and verifies this before you can exchange or transfer money with us. The information collected about you as a customer will only be used to fulfill our obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering Act and not for marketing purposes.
We would like to inform you that information from our investigation may be disclosed to the Anti-Money Laundering Secretariat (police) in case of suspicion that customers are attempting or engaging in money laundering or terrorist financing using our services.
Noor Exchange may be required to end the customer relationship with you if you do not provide the necessary information to us, and if we cannot obtain the necessary information in any other way.
